$300–$500 USD/month

Designed for luxury properties and active rental operations

Includes everything in the Essentials Package, plus:

• Full short- or medium-term rental management
   
• Dynamic pricing optimization (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)
   
• Guest communications & concierge services
   
• Coordination of cleaning and maintenance between guests
   
• Income and expense tracking with monthly financial reporting

In addition to the monthly management fee, our rental oversight includes:

• Short-Term & Medium-Term Rentals (under 6 months):
  📌 25% commission on gross rental income
   
• Long-Term Rentals (6+ months):
  📌 One month’s rent as leasing commission
